Now in beta: The landing steward: every pull request Dus opens, taken to live

The landing steward: every pull request Dus opens, taken to live is now in beta on Duscode. What it does and how it is proven.

The landing steward: every pull request Dus opens, taken to live is now in beta on Duscode: usable today, and still being proven on real work.

What it does (in beta)

  • A standing duty under Ship: every pull request Dus opened is kept up to date with the main branch, checked, fixed within a budget if a check fails, merged under your merge rule and cleaned up after; then deployed and checked by Watch if you deploy on merge (in beta).
  • It never depends on the session that opened it, carries on after a restart, and asks you once, in plain words, when it needs you (in beta).

How it is proven

Steward tests drive pull requests with a fake host and with real repositories and real checks: batches tested together and split on failure, fixes that never weaken a test, a server killed mid-merge that never merges twice, stranded pull requests adopted, and worktrees with unsaved work never removed (in beta).

Every capability, its stage and how it is proven is on the capabilities page.

How Duscode works

Reason. Decide. Build. Dus does the engineering and checks his own work; you make the owner’s calls.

Your engineering team, ready when you are.

Duscode builds, ships and looks after your software, and asks you only what an owner decides.
